Capilano Suspension Bridge tour reviews
I have gone into the park on a plain admission ticket, off the back of a coach and out of a seaplane shuttle, and the five reviews below are the unvarnished version of each. The short of it: buy the park ticket on its own if you can drive or catch the seasonal free shuttle, and pay for a combo tour only when getting there is the actual problem. If the money is the problem, read the free alternative before you read anything else.

There is a sixth option, a private car to Capilano and Grouse Mountain with admissions bundled in, and it has two reviews. Two. That is not enough for me to write a review anyone should trust, so I have not written one. It exists on the private tours page because it is the only private transfer that includes both admissions, and because it is the one option that runs in Hindi and Punjabi as well as English — not because a five-star average off two bookings means anything.
How I read these ratings
All five sit at 4.8, which tells you almost nothing on its own. What separates them is the review count and what the complaints are about. The park ticket has 2,620 ratings and the small-group tour has 122, so the ticket’s average is the more settled number. Across the guided options the praise is nearly always about a named guide — Kyle, Alex, Jordan, Sam, Eric, Lucio — which is a real pattern and also a warning: you are partly buying the luck of the draw on who turns up. The park itself is the constant, and what you actually walk through is the same whichever door you come in by.
None of these reviews will tell you Capilano is cheap. The adult gate price is CAD $76.95 and I have watched it climb every year I have lived here. Whether it is worth that is a separate question, and I answer it at is it worth the money.

Do I need a tour at all to visit Capilano Suspension Bridge?
